By installing and running/using Patient E-Blaster, you have already read and accepted the following policies and agreement crafted by Toothsoft for their product Patient E-Blaster.

1. Commercials: Patient E-Blaster is free to use.

2. Disclaimer: This software is distributed and licensed on an "as is" basis and no warranties or guarantees of any kind are promised by the manufacturer "Toothsoft" as to their performance, reliability or suitability to any given task. Toothsoft is not responsible or liable for any imperfection in all its functions, Data loss or damages of any kind, financial, physical, emotional losses which might arise from its use. Toothsoft will not guarantee the delivery of any information from Patient E-Blaser.

3. Copyright: This software is copyrighted, and all rights are reserved for "Toothsoft". This software is protected by International Copy Law.

4. Patient E-Blaster time of use: Toothsoft at anytime may limit or disable the use of Patient E-Blaster.

5. Toothsoft is not responsible for any imporper usage of email delivery. The user assumes responsibility for following SPAM laws in their region.

6. Use of the Software with a License/Subscription obtained from any source other than Toothsoft or its authorized resellers is strictly forbidden. Toothsoft reserves the right to take legal actions on the offenders of this issue.

7. Pirating this software is illegal & against the Law. Toothsoft is bound to take Legal action against the criminals or any users who are found to be pirating this software.

8. This software may NOT be sold or distributed by anyone other than Toothsoft & its distributors or by a 3rd party with written agreement with Toothsoft

9. Any reverse engineering, tampering, or altering of this software and servers which Patient E-Blaster connects to is a illegal.
